Introduction

Founded in 2005, JACC Office Machine Co., Ltd. (also known as Dongguan Jiaxi Office Machine Co., Ltd.) is a factory-direct OEM and ODM manufacturer of office machines, craft tools, and home appliances based in Dongguan, China. With over 20 years of export experience, we focus on delivering innovative, certified, and reliable products to global buyers. JACC operates as the global-facing brand for marketing, product development, and OEM/ODM cooperation, while Dongguan Jiaxi serves as the registered manufacturing entity responsible for production, certifications, and regulatory compliance. Both entities share the same management team, R&D resources, manufacturing facilities, and quality control systems, ensuring consistent standards across all products.

We manufacture a broad range of office equipment such as laminators, binding machines, shredders, paper trimmers, and thermal printers, as well as craft and DIY tools including foil applicators, embossing machines, discbound punches, scoring boards, and bookbinding systems. Our home appliance portfolio covers food vacuum sealers, storage solutions, and multifunctional sealing products. These products are exported worldwide to Europe, North and South America, Australia, Japan, and the Middle East, serving importers, distributors, retailers, supermarkets, and e-commerce brands.

Our ISO9001- and ISO14001-certified facilities support a monthly capacity of approximately 200,000 units. The factory has passed BSCI, Sedex, ISO9001, and ISO14001 audits, and our products comply with CE, GS, ETL, UL, RoHS, and FSC packaging requirements, as well as ErP and environmental regulations. Quality assurance is built into every stage of production through ERP-managed supply chains, 100% inspection, third-party audits by SGS and TUV, and full 6S management.

Over 20,000 Square Meters

Strong in-house R&D and engineering capabilities enable continuous product improvement, structural optimization, and technology innovation, supported by multiple utility and design patents. The factory covers more than 20,000 square meters and employs over 600 skilled workers, with dedicated QC and engineering teams and 16 automated production lines covering injection molding, assembly, aging tests, and packaging. We ship millions of units annually with export turnover exceeding USD 20 million.
